How do I pay the service fee?
After your application is registered, the applicable payment information is displayed and also sent by email. Keep the payment receipt for verification.
How long does processing take?
Standard processing may take up to 3 business days. Urgent processing may be completed in as fast as 3 hours after payment and document verification.
Which passport files can I upload?
You may upload JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF files. Passport images must be clear, complete and readable.
What should I do if I entered incorrect information?
Contact support immediately and provide your application reference. Corrections may affect processing time and eligibility.
Is the service fee refundable?
The service fee is non-refundable after processing has started, including where a request is cancelled or refused.
Can family members apply together?
Family members may be added to the application where the form provides this option. The total fee is calculated per applicant.
What travel information is required?
Provide the intended arrival date, purpose of travel and the address where you plan to stay in Azerbaijan.
Where will I receive the approved e-Visa?
The approved electronic visa is sent to the email address used in the application. Check the inbox and spam folder.
